Fitness and Bodybuilding FAQs

  1. How do you customize fitness plans?
    • I customize fitness plans based off of your goals.

  2. What equipment do I need for your workout programs?
    • I create fully adaptable plans for every person based off of access to equipment.
  3. How often should I work out to see results?
    • This will depend on your goals, free time and my plan made for you as it will be different for some people.
  4. Can I see results with bodyweight exercises alone?
    • Though maybe not as quick results or the same results, you will see very good results with just bodyweight exercises if done according to plan.

Nutrition FAQs

  1. Do you provide meal plans?
    • Yes, I provide meal plans for every person.
  2. Can you help with specific dietary requirements (e.g., vegan, gluten-free)?
    • I am not very experienced with vegan, gluten free or vegetarian meal plans. if it arrises where I need to do so I will do very extensive research.
  3. How important is nutrition in achieving fitness goals?
    • Nutrition is arguable more important than the training. Without a good nutrition plan to follow it can hinder your progress greatly. At MassNutrition we want to capitalize on the first three months of training especially as this is when your body will change the fastest.
  4. Do you offer supplements advice?
    • Yes, I will only offer supplement advice on ones that I have taken personally because I care about your health, I will not give you second or third hand advice.

Personal Training FAQs

  1. Are you a certified personal trainer?
    • No, I am not a certified personal trainer. This is based off of my own first hand experience. For more info you may DM me at any of my provided contacts.
  2. How long are the training sessions?
    • this will vary from person to person as my plans are fully adaptable and some people have different needs, for more info you may contact me at any of the provided handles.
  3. What is your approach to training beginners?
    • my approach to training beginners is what I wish I would’ve had. When I started my own fitness journey I had no clue what I was doing and wished that I had someone with first hand, good experience to tell me everything that they knew. My approach will be to inform what works and what does not work for your goals as well as to clarify as many questions needed.

Online Coaching FAQs

  1. How does online coaching work?
    • For online coaching we will primarily connect through social media, I will answer all of your questions whenever needed. I will also make videos about form for workouts if needed. I am here for your benefit and will help you with whatever you need within my capabilities.
  2. What tools do I need for online coaching?
    • You will need access to any one of the contacts provided at the bottom of every page(Scroll down to footer, it will be located bottom right). You will also need access to Venmo or Apple Pay for the fees.
  3. How do you monitor my progress with online coaching?
    • We will monitor your progress together through mostly pictures and tacking how your lifts are going and how you are progressing with form, weight, distance etc. The pictures sent to me will never be posted or sent anywhere without your explicit permission (See “Terms and Conditions” & “Privacy Policy” at the bottom of the page)
    • We will not be monitoring mostly through the weight scale because of many factors, for more info just send me a question at any of the provided contacts at the bottom of the page.

Payment and Policies FAQs

  1. What are your rates for personal training and coaching?
    • Everyone get a free consultation This will determine the price paid every month based on how much services you may require.
  2. What is your cancellation policy?
    • After payment has been accepted for the month you may cancel whenever you like. I will reach out frequently in attempt to keep clients on program.
  3. Do you offer refunds?
    • No, After payment is accepted there will be no refunds.

  2. Do you offer group training sessions
    • I do not offer group training sessions as it is optimized for person to person progress.
  3. Can I combine different programs?
    • You may combine programs, there will be a new charge for a different program if you wish to do so.
